if I am not mistaken, a post on a bulletin board is not personal data. the username is the only part of the posting process that could be considered personal data. if someone posts their personal data like address, phone number, or other personal info then they, or maybe you , might have the responsibility to remove that part of a post. however the normal content of a post is not personal data.
