Hello all, just a update that my issue is now resolved Image may be NSFW.

The issue I had was that the php version was missing a ext of it own which allowed this EXT to work correctly, strangely all my other EXT`s continued to work fine upgrading my php to php8.3 but as I say a php ext was missing so my resolve was to basically see what php 8.0 had installed ext wise and installed them over to 8.3 and it worked Image may be NSFW.

I cannot tell you which extension it specifically was because I copied around 15 ext`s across to php8.3 from 8.0 which was the version it worked up to.
But yes it was simply a php ext which was missing.
Huge thanks to member Prosk8er who helped me with the issue and stared me in the right direction of it possibly being a php ext issue.
