Facebook really hurt a lot of the automotive forums, first because it allowed people to join a group with a single click, and they could just post as many pictures as they want without having to host them somewhere. The other thing is photobucket going to a subscription only model and pulling all the existing embedded images. It killed off many DIY threads on boards I am on. A shame too as there is so much valuable info.
