There are a few issues with this approach, specifically when you "ask" several bots at once about different topics, in such cases, it's not clear which topic you want to "return" to?Same here, I love Midjourney and how it interacts with the forum/user using useapi.
Which kinda illustrates what I was trying to ask for the other integrations, say ChatGPT; would it *somehow* be possible to return to the topic, see your question and the ChatGPT thinking notice, and then when the notice says ChatGPT replied, the user can refresh to see the response?
Based on your previous reply about webserver configuration, it may take two separate active connections? Or something in the code that forces a return to topic before sending the command to ChatGPT? I'm just guessing here as a non-developer.
There are several extensions that seem to do what you just described:
- Live topic update: https://github.com/GerB/livetopicupdate
- Push notifications: https://github.com/lavigor/notifications. I'm planning to try it at some point, as it seems to be much more in line with my own needs.
I wanted to try it at some point but no concert plans at the moment. I'm not entirely sure what kind of interaction it would be either, perhaps a prompt plus sound clip (starter)?
