[3.3.x] Support Forum • Re: Upgraded to 3.3.11 successfully but forum not loading

Thanks for your input. I have accessed the phpmyadmin and changed the setting to 1. As you mention its not had an effect.

No access to the ACP or anything its like a dead link but yet no error message...
