[3.3.x] Support Forum • Re: Installation problems

I received the same (yellow) error notifications at the end of the new forum installation (after a (green) notification of successful installation)

[phpBB Debug] "chmod(): Operation not permitted" in file /forum/phpbb/filesystem/filesystem.php on line 132
[phpBB Debug] "chown(): Operation not permitted" in file /forum/vendor/symfony/filesystem/Filesystem.php on line 230

Knowledge Base - phpBB3 Chmod Permissions.

I know about this (I installed a lot of forums), but there is nothing about the above - filesystem.php - file permissions. Only config.php must be writable (666).
