Yes, as Ive mentioned above there are numerous modified core files. The reason I asked the question I asked is because there are way more assets in my current assets directory than in the one from the archive that you download. So, if I overwrite whats there with this file , then it seems I would have a problem. The only file in the assets folder from the archive is a java7.0 file. There is way more than a java file in my existing assets folder. And your right, I don't understand how it is supposed to work because it was done during the update process using the 3.3.xx.xx to 3.3.xx.xx advanced update .zip ever since I installed it 3 yrs ago. I guess I just need to understand exactly what Im supposed to upload back. For example.: My current config folder has 3 folders in it; default, installer and production. In the archive that is downloaded during the update process, the config folder only contains the default folder. No installer or production folder. So if I were to just overwrite that folder on the server, I would be missing the installer and production folders.
