You can analyze the access logs yourself. Open with Notepad++, open the the file and open the search pane. Switch to the Mark tab and make sure bookmark line is checked. First search for and mark the date string and then under search menu >> Bookmark >> remove non bookmarked lines.
Form there you can pare it down further. First unmark all lines and then search for and mark the IP you mentioned. Cut the bookmarked lines and paste into new file, see how many lines and that will tell you how many requests the IP made.
